CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be notified to Colonial Village Motel at least 1 week prior to your date of arrival. If a cancellation is made less than 1 week prior to your arrival, a fee of 100% of the first night booked per room will be charged to your card. If a cancellation is not made and you do not arrive, a fee of 100% of entire stay will be charged to your card.
